Returns and refunds

As a consumer you have a 14-day cooling-off period after receipt to return your order.

How to start a return

Within 14 days of receipt, send an email to info@eurolight-living.nl with your order number and the reason for return. You then have a further 14 days to send the product back.

Refund

Once we receive the undamaged product in its original packaging, we refund the full purchase amount within 14 days, via the same payment method.

Not returnable

Made-to-order bouquets, individually composed interior pieces and products that by their nature cannot be returned are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

Return costs

The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.

Business customers

Business customers do not have a statutory right of withdrawal. Returns are possible after written approval; any return and restocking costs (15%) are borne by the business customer.
